God isn’t holding back His Spirit. He’s trying to work in the U.S.A. It’s just that the Holy Spirit doesn’t move independent of people. He told believers to go out and heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, and cast out demons. Instead of doing what He’s commanded us to do, we’re asking God to do what He told us to do. God has already released His power. It’s in us. Now we must release His power to others. God has already placed the same power that raised Jesus from the dead on the inside of us! It’s not time for Him to pour out His Spirit. The Lord already has, and He’s indwelling every born-again believer. We just need to start speaking the truth and encouraging each other on it!

But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name--Who owe their birth neither to bloods nor to the will of the flesh [that of physical impulse] nor to the will of man [that of a natural father], but to God. [They are born of God!]

Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.


Just Do It
Jesus instructed his followers, "You go, raise the dead, heal the sick, cast out the demons... declare the kingdom of God is near." We have to step out and be the hands of Jesus and stop asking God to do it. We already have all that we need. 2000 years ago, Jesus said, "it is finished" and soon after sent his Spirit to equip us--the very Spirit of God--the same Spirit that dwells in Christ and raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us. EXACTLY THE SAME ONE! We are not limited beings. We are children of God, part God if you will. That's quite extraordinary if you dare to dwell on it. So why aren't we all continually stepping out, walking in authority and doing the things Jesus told us to do? For the most part, it is because of fear.

At it's core, fear is the result of a lack of knowledge of God's love for us. It's not trusting and believing what God says. God's love can't be known by just thinking about it, you've got to experience it and express the fruit of it by taking him at his word and stepping out. Jesus overcame the spirit of fear, and He's given us authority (power), love and sound mind. If we allow fear to hold us back, we are paralyzed and ineffective. However, if we seize the revelation of God's love and who we are in Christ, then we are like a gear that engages and the entire mechanism moves. So when the opportunity comes across our path to pray for healing or bind a spirit, just do it!.

Anything can happen
When we come together in unity and pray in the Spirit, anything can happen. Tongues is powerful. We think it's small, but it's so powerful that Jesus himself told his disciples not to dare to do anything until he sends the Promise--the same Spirit that was in Christ had to be imparted into them (us). The baptism of the Holy Ghost was the beginning of the Church. With this baptism, you are empowered to be a witness to enforce the kingdom of God. Therefore, whatever is coming out in unity here (in prayer) is enforced out in service and in the life of this church. Prayer is a very powerful ministry in the Church, not to be taken lightly and not to be taken arrogantly, but humbly--humility is recognition of who you are with reverence.

Philippians 1:9 AMP
And this I pray: that your love may abound yet more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight [that your love may display itself in greater depth of acquaintance and more comprehensive discernment], So that you may surely learn to sense what is vital, and approve and prize what is excellent and of real value [recognizing the highest and the best, and distinguishing the moral differences], and that you may be untainted and pure and unerring and blameless [so that with hearts sincere and certain and unsullied, you may approach] the day of Christ [not stumbling nor causing others to stumble].

Matthew 10:27-31 AMP
What I say to you in the dark, tell in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim upon the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather be afraid of Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Gehenna). Are not two little sparrows sold for a penny? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father's leave (consent) and notice. But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, then; you are of more value than many sparrows.

God is going to give the world a demonstration in this last hour as the world has never known. These men and women are of all walks of life, degrees will mean nothing. I saw these workers as they were going over the face of the earth. When one would stumble and fall, another would come and pick him up. Love
• That gives us the sense of what is vital
• We are not moved.. respecter of persons
• We respond to what is vital
• We see in that realm

We are a people of compassion, created in your image
• As the compassion of Jesus
• You have called us to the harvest
• We say, the "kingdom is at hand"
• We heal the sick
• You equipped us
• We are your forerunners, preparing the way
• We till up the ground, for this church, this service

Fear will not hold us back
• Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak into the light
• Whatever you hear in the ear, preach on the housetop

You care about even the sparrow, the little things
• How much you care of us!
• We do not have to fear man, reputation
• You are the one that's in control
• You can do all things
• So we can move with compassion
• We won't have to worry about those other things
• You showed us the secret places

• You are calling us to be that bold

Your perfect love casts out that fear
• Know that love
• Unmeasurable, unlimited and greatness of that love
