Mothers of Infants Just a reminder, so you can still be in the main service, the Cry Room is always available.
The Cry Room is located just to the right as you enter the main sanctuary.
Children in Main Auditorium If you would like your child to be with you in the main auditorium, we invite you to do so. We also respectfully request that if they are unable to sit through the entire service, that you feel free to take them out of the auditorium and into either the cry room, the foyer or check them into the children’s wing. If your child needs to use the restroom, we ask you that you personally escort them to the facilities. That way you can ensure of their complete safety at all times.
Sick Child Policy If your child has been sick in any manner within the last 48 hours they should not attend KidZone so that germs are not spread to other children.
If you child displays any of these symptoms:
• Vomiting
• Fever
• Runny Nose
• Visible Rash
• Cough
We will be unable to admit your child. If your child becomes sick after arriving to KidZone we will alert parents with our Parent Pager System. Parents need to promptly pickup their sick child and remain with the parents for the duration of the service.
check in In an effort to provide a safe and secure environment, Trinity Christian Center has instituted a registration policy for every child who attends the KidZone Ministry on Sunday morning. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to visit the Welcome Center.
If you will be attending Trinity Christian Center for the first time. We ask that you please fill out a guest card at the registration table--located in the kid’s wing, and then follow the additional instructions below.
Check in Procedures
9:00 am Service Nursery, Pre-school, and Elementary ages have specific sign-up sheets. Please go to anyone of the kiosks either in the main lobby or in the children's wing to check your child in
If this is your first time, you may speak to a representative at the children's wing check in desk for instructions on how to check in
An id name badge will print up for your child - make sure this label is securely fastened to your child
Please walk your child to their designated classes, they are available to host your child 15 minutes before service begin.
After Service • Classes close 15 minutes after service is over. Most Sundays the elementary-age children will be in the playroom at the end of service.
• All other children can be picked up at their classroom.
• Nursery and Pre-school ages must be picked up by a parent with the ID number.
